The Milano is Edition Two with 996 SOHO units and expected completion in December 2029. The Regal is Edition One with 846 SOHO units and expected completion in December 2028. Completion estimates require confirmation in the current purchase documents.

Project disclosures describe leasehold tenure, with a stated expiry of 28 March 2118. The legal developer is Suriamega Development Sdn Bhd. Request the current title, developer licence and edition-specific advertising and sales permit.
