The Milano is Edition Two, with Italian-inspired design and a reviewed range of 527–1,185 sq ft. The Regal is Edition One, with London-inspired design and a reviewed range of 527–947 sq ft. Compare their layouts, expected completion and two specific unit quotes before deciding; the same area does not necessarily mean the same arrangement.
